Nobuaki (“Nobu”) Matsuoka brings over 25 years of global experience in the beauty and personal care industry. He has held senior leadership roles at leading organizations, including Procter & Gamble (P&G), where he served as R&D Director, Principal Scientist, Global Beauty Care. He also served two terms as President of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists, Singapore (SCSS), and currently sits on the advisory boards of SCSS and Cosmetic Design Asia.
