Introduction and Project Setting: CHAKS and Dr. L convened for an initial meeting to introduce each other, inquire about project needs inc. benchmark, and start the conversation of possibility by showcasing formula concepts and package options.

Sample Presentation and Approval: a) CHAKS efficiently developed and presented a sample scar gel alongside special package options during the second meeting, and b) Dr. L quickly selected a sample to proceed for approval for scar gel manufacturing.
